November 23, 2008 - Bergenfield Fire Department was called for a reported smoke condition in a house on South Demerest Avenue. Arriving units found a moderate smoke condition and Chief Gomez transmitted a working fire bringing New Milford FD for the F.A.S.T. and Dumont FD to cover empty firehouses. Units were on scene for about 1 hour.
