12-18-09 Oradell, NJ - Kitchen Fire
December 18, 2009 - At approx 1410 hrs the Oradell Fire Department was dispatched for a possible house fire at 644 Fletcher Avenue. Upon arrival of Oradell Police officers, they updated the responding fire units of a stove fire extending with fire extending to the microwave and cabinets above the stove.
The crew from Engine 24 stretched dual supply lines and a 1-3/4" attack line to the front door. Crews made a quick knockdown before charging the line and started checking for extension. Paramus Truck 1 was called in for the FAST.
