02/27/12 - Oradell, NJ

Oradell, NJ - A passerby out walking is dog in front of the old Hackensack Water Company plant noticed someone with a flashlight on one of the roofs and notified the Oradell Police. Oradell Fire Department responded to provide scene lighting and New Milford Squad 36 was also requested for lighting.
